In addition to constantly improving testing techniques and equipment, Chow Sang Sang Precious Metal Laboratory (CSSPML) is committed to continuously enhancing services. We are recently implemented a digital signature system which is environmental friendly and ensure better efficiency in document processing.

Digital signatures, the cryptographic process that grants customers the following advantages:

Integrity (Assures that the document has not been changed since it was digitally signed)
Signature authentication (Identifies the person digitally signing the document)
Non-repudiation (Ensures that a person cannot later deny that they furnished the signature)

With effect from 01 Sep, 2021, all documents are now digitally signed by Adobe Acrobat Pro and issued in their digital form.
