International Standards Organization General Requirements For The Competence Of Testing And Calibration Laboratories ISO/IEC 17025:2005

Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS)

CSSPML has been accredited by Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS) on chemical testing under the Hong Kong Laboratory Accreditation Scheme (HOKLAS) with the registration number HOKLAS 030.

Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS) is part of Innovation and Technology Commission of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government. It is recognised by HKSAR government to assess against internationally agreed standards, organisation that provide testing services. HKAS will assess CSSPML’s competency in the service to be provided rigorously and regularly by independent specialist to ensure that CSSPML is competent in providing test service in accordance with international standards of practice.

HKAS has concluded mutual recognition arrangements (MRA) with accreditation bodies such as China National Assessment Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS), United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) by being one of the signatories of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) Multilateral Mutual Recognition Arrangement for testing. HOKLAS MRA partners will recognise HOKLAS endorsed test certificates as having the same technical validity as certificates endorsed by their respective schemes.

China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS)

CNAS-CL01:2006 Accreditation Criteria for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories  (identical to ISO/IEC 17025:2005)

Shunde Precious Metal Laboratory has been accredited by China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) with the registration number CNAS L7118.

CNAS is the national accreditation body of China unitarily responsible for the accreditation of laboratories, which is established under the approval of the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People’s Republic of China (CNCA) and authorized by CNCA in accordance with the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation.

CNAS has concluded mutual recognition arrangements (MRA) with accreditation bodies such as Hong Kong Accreditation Service (HKAS), United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) by being one of the signatories of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) Multilateral Mutual Recognition Arrangement for testing.
